Welcome to Scandi Scallop, where we hope you'll enjoy a fun, relaxing and memorable stay on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast.

Scandi Scallop is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury holiday apartment on the second floor of the modern Argyle Court development. Our apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds, sofas and chairs.  The apartment sleeps 4 (plus there's space for infants in cots), but 2 adults & 3 children can be accommodated (see Accommodation section).

We're on Whitby's West Cliff, just minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of Whitby town centre.  Scandi Scallop also has a designated parking space for one car, conveniently located at the front of the apartments.

​

The apartment is light and spacious, with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows.  Scandinavian-inspired decor throughout provides a calm, relaxing space to unwind at the end of a busy day.  There's a balcony with side sea views, as well as views across to Whitby Abbey in the distance.    

​

The apartment is family friendly with facilities for babies and children, including a special space in the main living area with a play kitchen, activity table, toys and books!  There's also a dishwasher and a washer-dryer machine available for guests to use in the kitchen area.

Scandi Scallop is a great base to explore other places on the Yorkshire coast, the North York Moors and further afield.  Sandsend and its beautiful beach is also only a 5-minute drive away.

Please note that pets are not permitted at Scandi Scallop due to a restriction in the lease.
